We2 Welcomes Michael Glazer, Co-founder & C.E.O. of Premier Service Inc. One of Canada’s fastest growing companies!
Brace yourself! In this fast-paced information-packed presentation, Michael Glazer, co-founder and CEO of Premier Service, is going to show you more tips and techniques about growing your business that you have ever seen in any one hour block – ever!
The core theme of this highly interactive and energetic presentation is all about turning your profession (whether you’re a designer; decorator; massotherapist; copywriter; coach; or anything else…) into a viable business. And if you have already made that leap from a one- or two-person show to a sustainable business – well this presentation will help you get to the next level in your biz!
Topics range from Glazer’s outspoken philosophical musings on capitalism and entrepreneurship; to leadership and coaching tips; to 9 Lessons from his grandfather (a very successful entrepreneur).
He’ll then cover the importance of systems (because let’s face it – a business is nothing more than an interrelated set of processes); and having survived three government audits unscathed, he’ll spend a slide or two offering you some big tax saving tips (he is also a lawyer, but please don’t hold that against him).
Being the biggest gadget freak and computer geek you’ll ever meet (prepared to see photos of his smart home), he will spend some time pointing out his favourite tools and apps that have transformed his business.
Rounding off the presentation will be a primer on both Customer Service and Marketing essentials, distilling everything he’s learned after 9 years at McGill and 25 years in business into two slides!
On May 26th, get ready to take away TONS of great tips & info to help you rock your biz!

Michael Glazer is co-founder of Premier Service Inc., Canada’s premier nationwide mystery shopping, merchandising, and staff engagement firm. Premier Service helps their clients improve the level of service they offer to their customers.
Glazer oversees all the administrative and legal aspects of the organization. He also creates and presents exciting workshops on customer service, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Glazer founded Premier Service in 1991, as part of a B.Comm. school project at McGill University.
