Mariel is an artist & realizes she has always been, even though life tried to tell her she was a teacher first. After having a career in education for over 25 years, Mariel contracted Lyme Disease which became the largest storm in her life to date. She found her rainbow through her art. Mariel has made it her mission to help other women to reconnect with themselves. She developed a program of Creative Mindfulness called I CAN FLY to help other women to navigate the storms of life, to connect with their truth and to define their own rainbow.
Mariel does private one on one coaching and group Creative Mindfulness sessions.
