When we enter a space of playfulness and mindfulness, we silence that judgement part of our minds that prevents us from bringing our best, most fierce and awesome selves to the world – and our business!
Although it may sound counter-intuitive, creativity exercises that help in “letting go” will bring forth:

1. Journal or Paper,
2. Your favourite pen or pencil,
3. Some coloured markers, crayons or coloured pens,
4. A black Sharpie (if you have one)
5. The attached workbook (printed or follow along on your computer screen), and
6. Your desire to dig deep in a safe, non-judgmental, fun environment.
