A We2-bit about Wayne:

Following a 31-year career as a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Wayne reinvented himself as an executive coach, author, trainer and motivational speaker. Born in Quebec City and having studied at Laval University, he is fluent in both English and French. He has been certified as a coach practitioner, a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and is a graduate of the Steven Covey Executive Leadership Program. As an executive coach Wayne guides managers and executives to be leaders in their organizations and in their personal lives. He is the author of a children’s book on leadership entitled “I’m a Leader Now” (“Je suis un leader, Mamie”). Wayne has also been a contributor to the “Chicken Soup for the Canadian Soul” collection of stories and has authored numerous articles and blogs on leadership and coaching.
