Carol’s travelling days began with working at a medical meeting management company. For 7 years, she organized meetings for doctors, technicians, nurses and pharmaceutical companies in Canada, USA, Mexico and Europe. From 20 to 700 attendees, organizing conferences, events, excursions and dinners, it certainly was a perfect way to hone in her organizational skills and at the same time enjoying the travelling and meeting some amazing people.

Carol’s true passion for travel and authentic culinary experiences led her to open her company, Delectable Destinations.

For over 10 years, Carol’s company has been providing culinary travel tours for small groups that offer a personal way to experience the local culture. Destinations include the breathtaking Amalfi Coast, the beautiful countryside of Tuscany, to romantic Paris. We also provide a variety of hands on cooking classes that can be part of your next travel experience in Europe. Every detail is secured from time of arrival to departure. Our tailor-made itineraries and cooking classes create a truly incredible gourmet travel experience for lovers of travel, food & wine.

A perfect girlfriend getaway, couples vacation, corporate & incentive travel or possibly a holiday for a special occasion. Each organized trip is done with a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 8 people, always keeping the trip personable and intimate. Truly a perfect way to travel and relax, knowing every detail is taken care of.
